Beginning with the 2024 reporting year, the Pontifical Swiss Guard publishs an annual report in this format. The aim is not only to provide an account of the services performed over the past year, but also to offer a glimpse behind the walls of the barracks, the preparation for service, the lives of the guards and their families, and the running of this globally unique corps.
